Hi, I’m Victoria Bravo.

Holistic Wellness, FNTP

I specialize in helping my clients discover the underlying reasons behind their concerns, with an initial emphasis on optimizing the body's natural drainage pathways.

In 2017, I became certified as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association. I received "a science-based education that fosters a community of confident holistic professionals who harness the power of real food and empower people to reconnect with the innate wisdom and unique needs of their bodies, thereby supporting lasting wellness."

I have been mentored by Sinclair Kennally and Michael Spandel who specialize in helping clients self-resolve their complex issues. Together, they've helped thousands of people from NASA scientists to authors to pro athletes to get their lives back.

*I want to make it clear that I am not a physician, medical doctor, dietitian, licensed dietitian, registered dietitian, nutritionist, licensed nutritionist, nutrition counselor, or licensed nutrition counselor. Please review the “What I do not do” section on the Expertise page.

My Philosophy

It's important to mention that I don't focus on specific diagnoses because I firmly believe that all health challenges stem from the same underlying cause and that is out of my scope of practice.

My approach is to empower my clients to shift away from a diagnosis-centric mindset and instead, recognize the body's innate capacity for healing. I encourage them to understand that the body possesses the natural ability to heal itself when we address and remove the interferences.

Here are some common root causes and interferences that I typically explore with my clients:
oral wellness, drainage, emf's, heavy metals, herbicides, industrial chemicals, interference fields, life stress, mold, nervous system toxicity, pathogens, pesticides, plastics, radioactive elements

My Story

During my childhood, I was raised on the standard American diet, centered around processed foods and snacks. Throughout my teenage years, I grappled with digestive issues and disordered eating, experiencing fluctuating periods of extreme hunger and binge eating.

As I entered my early twenties, I committed to a demanding and unhealthy fitness regimen, spending six days a week at the gym and exclusively consuming low-fat processed foods. However, it wasn't until my mid-twenties that I reached a crucial turning point and made a pivotal decision to transform my life.

Then

  • Precocious puberty

  • PCOS

  • Excessive body hair

  • Terrible bloat & digestion

  • Back acne

  • Was told I would have fertility issues

  • Oral contraceptives to manage symptoms for 11 years

Now

  • I am raising two healthy boys (two healthy pregnancies & two natural deliveries)

  • I currently do not take any prescription medications

  • Each day I nourish my body with nutrient-dense, properly prepared, whole foods

  • I say no to toxic cleaning/home products and endocrine-disrupting makeup

  • I no longer have PCOS or hormonal imbalances or digestive discomfort

  • Great digestion, restful sleep, clear skin, and energy all-day

If you are under the direct care and supervision of a medical doctor for a disease or medical condition requiring nutrition intervention, please note we cannot work together.
